Supported Housing Counselor - South County (Southbridge)
Overview
This DMH-funded program provides supported housing services to Southbridge area adults living with serious and persistent mental illness residing in their own apartments. Individuals are provided support based on their level of need. Services may range from assistance with grocery shopping to crisis intervention. This program offers Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Peer Support and Supported Employment as the treatment.
